Wine tasting includes not only tasting the wine but also viewing the fermentation and aging spaces, and learning about the basics of natural wine-making.
Additionally, guests will have the opportunity to bake Kakhetian bread in a tone (traditional clay oven) and dip traditional churchkhela.
Visitors can take their made products with them.
The wine tasting includes four wines and two fortified and/or high-alcohol beverages. The process will be conducted with a complete introduction to the wines by the winemaker in the tasting cellar. Also included is an additional glass of wine chosen by the guest from among the wines tasted.
